Cooking Tips for Jollibee-Inspired Burger Steak Recipe:

  1. Creating a delectable crust on the patties is essential. Before cooking, ensure your pan or grill is scorching hot. Sear the patties at high heat for a brief period on each side. This process traps the juices inside, resulting in a flavorful, golden-brown exterior.
  2. To achieve a velvety, rich gravy, continuously whisk the flour and butter mixture until it transforms into a light brown roux. Gradually introduce the beef broth while stirring, preventing any lump formation. Allow the gravy to gently simmer until it reaches the desired consistency.
  3. Infusing additional layers of flavor can elevate your burgers. A splash of Worcestershire sauce added to the patty mixture imparts a profound depth of taste. Alternatively, sautéing finely chopped onions and garlic before incorporating them into the mixture lends a savory, aromatic essence.
